Returns

returnsFor non-faulty items:

  • We can’t accept returns for change-of-mind reasons.
  • We will exchange goods for you, if you’ve ordered incorrectly, within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Goods must be in their original condition with tags attached. Exchanges need to be mailed at your expense. Proof of your purchase is required. A self-addressed pre-paid satchel is required for re-shipping of exchanged items.
  • A refund will be processed for the goods once the items have been received. We do not refund postage costs.

 

Items found to be Faulty on receipt:

  • We will exchange or refund faulty goods within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Goods must be in their original condition with tags attached. Proof of your purchase is required. You will be credited for the full cost of the goods and postage as per your invoice – once the items have been received and the fault is approved.

 

Items developing a fault within warranty period:

  • We will exchange or refund the goods if the fault is due to workmanship or falls within consumer guarantee issues. Proof of your purchase is required. You must return the item at your own cost. You will be credited for the goods and postage as per your invoice – once the items have been received and the fault is approved.
