Personal information we collect

Direct Marketing
We may send you direct marketing communications and information about products and services offered by us or our retail brands via email.
You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link which will be present in every email sent to you.
You can also update your personal information by editing your account online.
We do not provide your personal information to any other organisations for the purposes of direct marketing.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days, and will respond within 5 business days. If your complaint requires further investigation it may take additional time to finalise.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties and service providers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipients of your personal information do not breach the privacy obligations relating to your personal information.
We may disclose your personal information to:
- the cloud-based email marketing program that we use for managing our email promotions
- Australia Post for delivery purposes when you order products from us

We may offer seasonal or temporary services, promotions, products, competitions or displays such as photo booths or other promotional events from time to time (Other Services). Our Privacy Policy will apply to those Other Services but we may have additional terms which apply. Any additional terms will be made available to you when you are utilising our Other Services.
